Eustace L. King is a NHLPA Certified Agent who has worked in the National Hockey level for nearly 25 years. He is an integral member of the National Hockey League’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee; its core focus is to eliminate all forms of discrimination and hate throughout the worldwide hockey ecosystem. King also sits on another steering committee that’s focused on developing USA Hockey’s Diversity and Inclusion modules.

Day to day King is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of O2K Sports Management. O2K has risen to become one of the premier hockey representation firms in the world. O2K has managed the careers of nearly 100 NHL clients with over $1.5 Billion in negotiated contracts. King oversees all aspects of O2K’s business, contract negotiation, sports marketing, athletic training, health management and wealth management. Before O2K, King was a Senior Director at the National Hockey League. By the age of 31, he had become one of the NHL’s most influential young executives and was recognized by the Hockey News as a Young Lion. King received his joint degree in Mass Communications and Sociology at Miami University (Oxford, Ohio). King also completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. As a collegiate athlete King was a member of the nationally ranked men’s CCHA Division 1 Varsity Ice Hockey Championship Team. At Miami University King played with teammates who went on to suit up for NHL teams – Kevyn Adams (currently General Manager Buffalo Sabres, Stanley Cup Champion), Dan Boyle (Stanley Cup Champion), Brian Savage (Canadian National Team), Randy Robitaille and Todd Rohloff. In addition, King was a two-time recipient of an Academic and Athletic Excellence Award. As an amateur athlete King won the Anderson and Clark Cup with the Omaha Lancers in the United States Hockey League. King also won back-to-back national championships at the AA tier hockey level with the Chicago Young Americans.

King’s coaching career includes several years as goalie coach for USA Hockey’s National Team Select Program. While at the NHL, King served as a member and coach of NHL Diversity, designed to introduce economically disadvantaged children of diverse ethnic
backgrounds to the game of hockey while also teaching them essential life skills. Currently King is a Level 4 USA Hockey accredited coach.
